How do patients earn points?
For visits, purchases, joining the app and referring friends. You choose what each action is worth and the rewards it unlocks.

How does a patient use a reward?
They pick it in the app, which shows a single-use code valid for 10 minutes. At reception, your team scans that code and clicks “Confirm use”: the points are taken at that moment.

How do referrals work?
Each patient shares their invite link. By default the friend gets 150 welcome points; you can change that value in the Admin.

Can I correct a patient's points?
Yes, from their profile in the Admin: add or remove points, and add a visit.
