Last updated: 10 July 2026. SkinClub processes the information you submit to answer your request, arrange a product demonstration and manage the resulting commercial relationship.

We record the contact and booking details you provide, along with first-party campaign parameters such as the referring page and UTM tags. Optional Meta identifiers and advertising events are only collected after you select “Allow measurement”. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or booking a call.

We use Supabase to store lead records, Cal.com to schedule calls, and CRM-Hub with Attio to manage commercial follow-up. With your permission, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API measure advertising. Access is restricted to the people and systems needed to handle your request. Prospect records are retained for up to three years after collection or your last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires a different period.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time by selecting “Privacy choices” in the footer. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
