Questions owners ask.

How do my patients get the app?

They download the app and scan the QR code at your front desk, or enter your clinic code. The app then shows your name, logo, colours and treatments.

How do patients pay, and where does the money go?

By card through Stripe, straight to your clinic's account. SkinClub never holds your money.

Can patients pay in instalments?

Yes. For treatments and packages, patients can pay over time with Klarna once Stripe enables it on your account; Klarna shows them its options at checkout. You are paid in full upfront. Instalments are not available on memberships.

Does it replace my booking tool?

No. After a purchase, the app sends patients to your booking tool, WhatsApp or contact details. Your booking tool stays in charge of appointments.

Can I sell memberships? How do cancellations work?

Yes. Create monthly plans with treatments included and Stripe bills them every month. Patients can cancel from their profile, and you see it in your admin.

How do points and referrals work?

Patients earn points for visits, purchases, joining the app and referring friends. You choose what each action is worth and which rewards they unlock.

What notifications do my patients get?

Messages in their in-app inbox: offers, reminders and payment issues. Push notifications are being switched on progressively.

Where is patient data stored?

In the European Union, in Paris. Patients can delete their account from their profile at any time.

How long until I'm live?

The same week. We use those days to fine-tune your app with you and train your team, then you switch it on.

What does it cost?

Do I need a website?
