From the Team page in the Admin, the owner or an admin invites each person and chooses their role.

How do I record a visit at reception?
In “Scan & check-in”, scan the patient's QR code: the scan records the visit, and its points are credited according to your rule.

How do I invite a patient at reception?
Click “Invite a client”: the patient gets a personal QR code and link that open the app straight on your clinic, with no code to type. The invitation works once and expires after 7 days. The reception poster works for every patient too.
