They download the app, then scan the QR code at your reception or enter your clinic code. The app then shows your name, logo and treatments.

Do patients need an account?
Yes. The patient enters the clinic code, then creates an account or signs in. There is no guest mode.

Does it replace my booking tool?
No. After a purchase, the app sends patients to your booking tool, WhatsApp or contact details. Your booking tool stays in charge of appointments.

How does a patient delete their account?
From their profile in the app, they ask for their account to be deleted, at any time.
